1963 Jeep Willies that does run. I purchased it to restore but I simply don’t have the them. I know it needs breaks, fuel tank and battery. Obvious cosmetic restoration needed. Rust isn’t all that bad for a 55 year old vehicle.

It runs now but the former owner used a portable gas tank under the hood.

1950 Willys Overland “Tin Woody” Station Wagon

$

Restored with a few “retro” touches to upscale the original utilitarian post-war Station Wagon targeted to GI’s that came of age with the companies Jeep.

This is one of the last 400 1949 Willys produced – with the curved rear wheel wells (before they were squared off for the 1950 model year) and 1949 style gauge cluster. As such, it was originally titled as a 1950, likely coinciding with the actual sales date as was common at the time.

About the build:
First, you’ll note the Custom hand painted woodgrain and retro interior. The woodgrain finishes the faux paneling design originally incorporated by Willys.
The engine is the F-134 Hurricane OHV 4 cylinder, first introduced in the wagons in 1950 as an upgrade to the flathead 134 Go Devil. This is backed by a 3 speed manual, connected to the rare Borg Warner overdrive, which makes it into essentially a 6 speed (overdrive is enabled in every gear based on rpm and engagement of a switch under the accelerator).

Additionally, tons of new parts went into this build:

New gas tank
New headliner
New custom upholstery with updated high density foam cushions replacing the old spring units.
New control arm bushings and pins
New axle seals
New axle bearings
New axle grease retainers
New wheel bearings
New Differential seals
New glass
New window seals
New weather stripping
New door checks

1957 Willys Wagon 12V, V8 Short Block

57 Willys Wagon. GREAT FOR THE COLLECTOR $38K. Cash only. S. Cal location.

You can still find many a ratty totally rusted out Willy Wagons around but very few of these left that’re in this good of a condition! It was non-running when I bought it, I’ve invested a lot into taking care to try and replace with all original. However, with the exception, the owners before me dropped in a V8 327 short block and a 4 barrel carb.

Runs well. New radiator, new heavy duty lifetime shocks, kill switch, large heavy duty battery, new starter, new alternator and a period piece heater installed. Brand new rebuilt starter and alternator.

New horn (LOUD), new steering wheel and cap, new heavy duty polyurathene gas tank, new sending unit, new brakes and new brake lines, emergency brake, complete tune up and lube of course. Brand new clutch ($1,500.), just rebuilt the transmission 06/02/2015. It’s a 4WD, 3 speed, t90 Transmission. Front drums converted to TOP of the LINE (with all the best options) power discs. New brand new WARN 4WD caps replaced at the same time. New bushings.

Also had a complete new wiring harness installed from head lights to tail lights with auto-on/off radiator fan ($2,500). The inside light even works. The lights are bright again!

Brand new safety glass windshield and new front passenger and driver side windows (incld fly out triangle windows) and one of the slider side windows ($1,000). 4 brand new (50k) tires. I do not know the mileage on this engine brand new lifters and manifold.

Lots of little stuff done to it as well: Interior dash 12 volt adapter added (for your cell phone charger), new interior light lens cover, etc. I also have the interior’s panels ready to snap in (once painted or upholstered). Headliner was cleaned and repainted and brand new carpet and padding. While I only drive it once a week for a couple miles, it would have no problem being a daily driver. No accidents. Free and clean title. Given a little more work (to which I just don’t have the time or money now) this Willys is about to be a real showpiece. To see better pictures click go to: www –DOT –aworkofmarc –DOT– com/willy.

I also have the 6 interior panel “blanks” ready to paint or upholster and install. Comes with an Extra front bumper, headlights and sockets. etc. Heck –I’ll even throw in the lit Christmas weath you see in the pic. Sorry. Dog stays with me! And YES! It does come with the bummper chrome brush bar as seen in the Christmas pic.

Turns a LOT of heads and grabs attention.

Chevy 350 / 350 trans / Dana 25 transfercase / Stock axles

Current state:

Runs but doesn’t drive, the transfer case gave out, I pulled it and it needs a new one. Current configuration is a Dana 25 twin stick.

The Good:
Smooth running 350 Chevy / 350 trans, actually rolls down highway at comfortable speeds. Used as a daily driver recently. Stock seats are in excellent condition. Headliner in excellent condition. Electrical works well, headlights, tail lights, gauges etc. Has WA collector plates. Excellent tires and decent rims. Brakes are in good shape and effective vacuum assist. Bumpers are in really good condition. Clean title in hand.

The not so good:
Rust in usual places but very minor. Rust behind driver passenger window, tailgate (minor), below quarter panels, few small holes in floor pan on drivers side (patch in place). Heater doesn’t work, windshield wipers work but not great.

Hate to see it go, it gets attention everywhere, kids and adults love it but I need to move onto other projects. This is an extremely solid rig purchased in Arizona a few years ago.

1955 Willys Wagon Hot Rod

Cool looking Wagon with lots of modifications. 350 engine, 350 tranny, Lincoln limited slip rear. Chopped, Tubbed, suicide doors, and much more. 4 wheel disc brakes, Southern air and heat, Power windows, Radio with amp, and more.
Body is good, but could use a little mor block sanding. Just wanted to get it on the road for awhile, that was 7 years ago and 1300 miles. Looks great going down the road, and not bad up close.
I have been retired 14 years, and do not drive much anymore.

1954 Willys Utility Wagon

I have decided to sell my project 1954 Willys Wagon. Doors, fenders and hood are in the back. It is titled as a 1954, but comes with the rare L161 Supersonic engine which came in some wagons from 1950-1953. Three speed manual 4×4. It would make a great project for either restoration or restomod. I was hoping to swap the body onto an 80’s K5 Blazer chassis but have too many other projects at the moment. Asking $1400.
