I have for sale a 1951 Willys wagon. I have done a lot of work to this wagon. Work that has been done to the engine is new head and exhaust manifold and entire exhaust system, plugs, rebuilt the carburetor, all new coolant hoses and thermostat. I have also gone through the generator. Braking system has also got a lot of work. New wheel cylinders, shoes and seals all the way around. New master cylinder and 80% new brake lines. Brakes work good. It also has new tires. Fuel system: new fuel tank, fuel pump, fuel lines and sending unit. Gas gauge does work, as well as the rest of the gauges. I did pull the motor out to put in new flywheel. While I had the engine out I replaced the clutch and the throughout bearing and also gave the engine a coat of black engine paint. I have not done anything to the transmission or the transfer case they do have some minor leaks. I replaced 80% of the glass and weather stripping. 90% of the electrical has been replace and I have added some LED light. I have done a lot of work to the inside to make it look better. I put in some carpet, replaced the wood and vinyl for all of the interior panels painted the dash and all of the window trims. I have done a lot of work to this wagon and have put several hundred miles on it since. I have not done any body work or paint because I like the way it looks. Thanks for taking the time to look at this Willys Wagon.

Fantastic wagon in great condition. Mild surface rust only, no cancer. Driver’s floor was replaced by a previous owner. Started a mild restoration with my son but he lost interest. It has brand new tires, wheel bearings, u-joints and speedo cluster. Lights and signals work starts and runs well. Not sure about the heater or wipers. Needs wheel cylinders to stop well. It’s drivable but not recommended. Not original seats but nice modern seats in it. Just needs a new owner. All stock otherwise with hurricane 226, 3 speed manual and stock axles. Unsure as to gear ratio. Could be a sweet and easy full restoration or just tinker with and drive as is.

1947 Willys Wagon

I have what appears to be a mostly original, stock 47 Wagon 2 wheel drive. Original Go-devil 4 cylinder engine (Engine will turn free, but is not running). I was told by the previous owner that it ran when parked 30 years ago, but I’m not putting any faith in that and 3 speed column shift transmission. Complete vehicle including seats that were re-upholstered many years ago, but have been inside the wagon while stored in Central California, so the seats are in fairly good condition, no cracks or tears in the upholstery. All 4 tires are junk, will not hold air, but it rolled very freely on to and off of the trailer. There are a few small areas on the body that are worth noting. There are 2 areas of rust that appear to be common on these wagons, both visible in the pictures, first spot is along the tail gate hinge area, and the other is on the bottom corner beneath the passenger door. The roof has a dent on the drivers rear corner, it looks like somebody sat on it versus something falling on it. The frame is in good condition, no rot or rust, no kinks or bends either. I had visions of converting it to a 4 wheel drive for some mild trail use, but I don’t have the time to put in to it, plus, I’m having a hard time boxing the frame and cutting up a great stock vehicle, so hence the sale ad. I’m throwing a price of $2500 obo. I’m almost positive I have a title for it, I will search for it and update when I find it. Vehicle is located in Bakersfield, CA, and I can deliver within a reasonable distance that can be worked out with any potential buyers. please email with offers as I will respond much quicker. Open to trades also, 4 wd vehicles, worst I could say is no. Thanks for looking. I can text or email additional pictures for anybody interested
